(12.9) The crew over at Girls Rock! Rhode Island want to show off their new digs. (Facebook)
Things are starting to ramp up at our new space and now that we have curtains, it’s time to share it with the rest of the world!
We would love for you to join us for our Girls Rock! RI New Space Open House on December 9th from 5-7pm at 769 Westminster Street! Open to youth and adults, there will be music and snacks, plus you can try out an instrument yourself! Learn about our new and upcoming programming (youth drop-in, more lessons, karaoke dance parties, and workshops, too!), sit in the chill zone, or try out a cool guitar pedal– it’s up to you!
This is about a block west of Ada Books and White Electric. The event is free but if you want to help support Girls Rock! go here.
Open House, 5pm to 7pm, Friday, December 9, GRR, 769 Westminster Street, (directions)
