(10.12) Benefit Street between Waterman and Hopkins will be closed off this Saturday for the annual RISD Craft Show. Alumni and students have produced ceramics, painting, textiles, sculpture, glass, jewelry, and printmaking of the highest order. (Facebook event.)
It’s time again for RISD’s annual juried sale! Featuring handmade fine art and design work by more than 90 alumni and 30 current students.
Viewers have the opportunity to engage with makers while finding unique gifts and one-of-a-kind items at this outdoor sale, which runs for one day only – during RISD Weekend, our alumni reunion and family weekend.
RISD Craft is free and open to the public and takes place rain or shine (under a street tent if the forecast warrants it). Be sure to cast your vote for the People’s Choice award.
Free, 10am to 5pm, Saturday, October 12, 210 Benefit Street, (directions)
