Providence Flea

The Providence Flea has been up and running on the waterfront for a couple of weeks now, and judging from the photos, people are totally on board with the mask and distancing protocols which is fantastic. Vendors and food trucks will be setting up once again this Sunday — and every Sunday this month — along the river at South Water Street. (FB event.)

We’ll Flea every Sunday In August from 10am – 2pm across from 345 South Water St. downtown Providence. Please note masks will be required for all customers, and we must maintain social distancing of 6 feet apart on the Greenway at all times.

They have organized the foot traffic — including an entrance and exit — so watch for arrows and do your part to keep this safe. This may even be an opportunity to shop for cool summer-weight masks.

(Seen here is an old file photo. The creepy clown bank has probably been sold . . . although he keeps coming back . . .)

10am to 2pm, Sunday, August 16, 345 South Water Street, (directions)
