Prov Parking Ban Starts

(2.7) A winter storm warning has been issued for the entire state. The Mayor’s Office has issued this parking ban notice:

Due to expected severe winter storm conditions, a citywide parking ban will go into effect at 8:00 AM, tomorrow, Sunday, February 7, until further notice. Residents with overnight parking passes are advised that they cannot park on the street during the duration of the citywide parking ban. All vehicles parked on the street in violation of the citywide parking ban will be ticketed and towed to ensure that roadways can be plowed curb to curb.

You weren’t supposed to be going anywhere anyway.

Dr. Fauci says “. . . this time around, just lay low and cool it.”

  1. Here in Pawtucket, they started the ban at 8 p.m. Saturday night just so the plowboys could have all night to rev up their engines. So it’s 8 a.m. Sunday now and I don’t see a flake, but wait! Here come the plows!
