An attorney and former Housing Court judge, Angel’s Mayoral run is fast becoming the most exciting, grassroots campaign of this busy election season. Angel will detail his plan to transform Providence from the Creative Capital of Rhode Island into the Creative Capital of the United States. Food, mingling and a good discussion on the future of arts and culture in Providence: not a bad way to spend two hours.
