‘Micro-Memoir’ Writing At Athenaeum

miniature book (2.20) For the fifth year, Not About The Buildings is pleased to present micro-memoir!, a chance for writers of all ages and experience to write, edit, and read their life stories in just under two hours. Tell your story and learn about the lives of other memoirists in the room.

Participants will write and read aloud extremely short (200-word) personal memoirs based on an object/concept to be presented by workshop facilitator, Karen Donovan, poet and founding editor of Paragraph, micro-memoir!

Refreshments 5pm to 5:30pm. All ages.

Free and open to the public, 5pm to 8pm, Thursday, February 20, Providence Athenaeum, 251 Benefit Street
