I take my inspiration on this from the massive demonstrations over a year ago in Seoul, when hundreds of thousands of South Koreans overwhelmed the city, demanding the ouster of their corrupt president. (NYT 11.13.16) They brought their capital to a complete halt and it worked — we may need to do the same thing.
