Urban Vintage Bazaar At Arcade

(10.28) Head downtown this Sunday for the Fall Urban Vintage Bazaar. This is always fun and the vendors, and something of a party, always spill out onto the steps. You can enter from either the Weybosset or Westminster sides and there’s free parking throughout downtown Providence.

Our semi-annual event takes place on a Sunday this fall with free parking throughout downtown Providence! Same great vendors offering fresh vintage clothing, accessories, housewares, vinyl records, jewelry, linens, holiday items, vintage toys and games, cameras, and so much more! Livi’s Pockets & Livi’s Burritos will be open Sunday for our event! New Harvest is open all day and Rogue Island will host their killer Sunday brunch!

Seen here are scary tchotchkes at Carmen & Ginger, the excellent vintage store on the Weybosset end. This would be a great place to figure out, or embellish, this year’s Halloween costume. The quality of the vintage clothing here is such that the pieces will merge easily into your real wardrobe . . . pristine and super-clean.

Below is a kind of Halloween-y long-sleeved tee which I especially love because designer and BadTaste storeowner, Lvngstvn, has listed all the totally badass Providence neighborhoods down the sleeve. Including that baddest of badass neighborhoods . . . Wayland! (I know we can take those College Hill wimps.) BadTaste is at the Westminster Street end of the Arcade and is probably where you will see, and hear, a party happening.

Free and open to the public, 10am to 5pm, Sunday, October 28, Arcade Providence, 65 Weybosset Street, (directions)
