(4.29) The Sine Nomine Choral Ensemble sings “Running in Different Circles” this Saturday at Holy Name Church on Camp Street featuring works by Fauré, Brahms, Copland, sacred harp, spirituals, and more. Michael Galib, artistic director and Christian Black, piano.
Sine Nomine is an auditioned chamber choir . . . the group performs music from the middle ages through the 21st century. Throughout its history, the group has cultivated innovative partnerships with local musicians and contemporary composers through collaborations, commissions and premieres.
A second performance takes place Sunday in New Bedford.
