(2.6) No square inch of the interior of this 19th-century pile has been left unadorned. All around one finds custom tiles, wallpaper, carpets, and even light fixtures. The good news is that the decor here was created by local artists and you can find out who they are. See for yourself this Thursday when the Wedding Cake House holds an open house; maybe it will give you ideas about your own space. And don’t forget, this is a bed & breakfast; maybe you have friends visiting soon. And you can learn more about the ‘Artists in Residence’ program. This invitation comes from the proprietors:
Wander around the Wedding Cake House and meet our February Artists in Residence. There will be artists’ presentations from 6pm to 7pm, but seating is limited.

Free and open to the public, 4:30pm to 6pm, Thursday, February 6, Open House, Wedding Cake House, 514 Broadway, (directions)
