(2.6) What to do with those old books collecting dust on the bookshelf . . . why not turn them into art. Join host Amy Rosa this Wednesday at the Olneyville library for a workshop on how to recycle an old book into a beautiful folded book vase. (This is not a vase. I’m guessing this was the bedazzle Captain Hedgehog America workshop.)
The workshop is hosted by Amy Rosa, library manager of the Washington Park Library.
Amy has been creating book art and running similar types of library programs for the past 10 years. She loves being able to link her two passions — books and crafts — together.
