(6.15) The AS220 Community Studios (formerly As220 Industries) will be reopening to the public this week after months of renovations; join them and the AS220 Youth this Thursday at their Open House Party. Tour the new space, participate in art-making demos, meet users and instructors, and sign yourself up and start creating.
We’ve literally broken down walls and barriers in our building so that we can now accommodate artistic practices including visual arts, and fashion and apparel design (and more tba!), as well as continue the much-loved traditional offerings in our printshop, media arts lab, fab lab and woodshop, and darkroom.
Enjoy food and drink, youth performances, and art demos. Learn about upcoming workshops.
Entry on Lucie Way, around the corner from 95 Mathewson Street.
